Creation Hub

I successfully launched an internal Ideas hub website for the Mars Packaging community. The team was spread across many sites across Europe working on many innovative packaging projects, there was no internal central point to share existing ideas or get inspiration for future projects. My job was to create the branding and design and commission an external Website Design agency to build the site to fulfill the teams needs. On completion I rolled out the site across Europe, visiting our various sites to bring the packaging community together. I provided training and material for the launch and became the central point of contact for managing the portal. The creation of this tool meant that ideas weren’t lost and precious time was saved when searching for inspiration. It also provided an important feature to track the patent progress on new inventions and designs.
